Time: 15-30 minutes
Purpose: We’ll gather background information about you, and get a sense for what you are looking for. Fill our application completely and schedule phone interview.

If after the client interview, it is a good fit on both sides and you are placed in an internship or entry level position there is a brief orientation you will need to complete with fahrenHEIGHT360. (This excludes Fulltime Entry-Level positions that are Direct Hires)

The purpose of the orientation is to verify employment eligibility in the United States, background check, and direct deposit information (if applicable).

10 Tips for your first week on the job

Time: 20-30 minutes
Purpose: After filling out an application and scheduling this phone interview, you’ll talk with one of our recruitment specialists about your past experience, academically and professionally. We also discuss what you are hoping to gain from fahrenHEIGHT360, and what fahrenHEIGHT360 can offer you.

10 Tips for phone interviews

Time: Varies
Purpose:
Business Candidates: Client interviews vary in format and duration from company to company. Your fahrenHEIGHT360 account manager will organize and communicate all details of the interview between you and the business client. The account manager will also brief you before interview to help prepare you for the interview as well as debrief with you after interview to get feedback and answer questions. The same is done with clients so that the account manager is able to give you feedback on your interviews regardless of whether you were chosen or not.
Healthcare Candidates:After reviewing care plans and deciding on the client(s) that fits your schedule and desired experience the healthcare account manager will schedule a time for you and the client/family to meet. This is to ensure that it is a good fit on both sides. The healthcare account manager briefs you before the interview as well as debriefs after the interview to get feedback and answer questions. The same is done on the client side so that the account manager can give feedback to you on the interview and if you were selected or not.

Time: Indefinite; you can be member of the 360 Catalyst Program until you are no longer looking for internships or entry-level positions.
Purpose: The goal of the 360 Catalyst Program is to give our candidates resources they need and want to advance in their career fields. Once you are a member of the 360 Catalyst Program, you are then looked at and considered for all of our open positions (internships and entry-level). You will also get invited to attend our networking events, on-campus events and all other professional development opportunities that arise.
Next Step: When an internship or entry-level position that fits your interests becomes available we will call to invite you in for an in-person interview with one of our account managers

10 Tips on networking

Time: About 1 hour, at either our Twin Cities or Duluth office.
Purpose:
Business Candidates: You will interview with one of our account managers. They will go into more depth on things covered in the phone interview, especially regarding your career direction, passions and professionalism. If the account manager feels you would be a good fit with the position and company that we had in mind, it would be at this time they would discuss, in detail, the position and company description. They will also be able to answer all questions and if you also feel it would be a good fit, they will coordinate with the company to schedule your interviews with them.
Next Step: Interview with company (could be multiple interviews, fahrenHEIGHT360 will coordinate all dates, times and locations with the company) and if it is a good fit on both parts, then we will place you at the company.
Healthcare Candidates: The process and purpose is the same as business candidates, except that the healthcare account manager will talk with you about potential clients that fit the experience you are looking for as well as your available schedule. They will also discuss in detail the cares the client needs, show you a detailed care plan and find a time for you to go and meet the client and their family or guardian.
Next Step: Interview with potential client and family or guardian. If it is a good fit on both parts, a match will occur.
